Stu Webb, JD has been in the private
practice of law since 1964. For the past 25 years he has been a family law
practitioner, and since 1990 he has practiced collaborative family law
exclusively. Stu is a founder of the Collaborative Law concept. Stu has
authored and published the booklet “The Serenity Space” and published
an article in the Hennepin Lawyer “Collaborative Law–A Conversation: Why
Aren’t those Divorce Lawyers Going to Court?” His new book, co-authored by
Ron Ousky, “The Collaborative Way to Divorce: The Revolutionary Method
that Results in Less Stress, Lower Costs, and Happier Kids – Without Going to
Court” will be provided to all participants.
