<p>Stu Webb, JD has been in the private<br />
practice of law since 1964. For the past 25 years he has been a family law<br />
practitioner, and since 1990 he has practiced collaborative family law<br />
exclusively. Stu is a founder of the Collaborative Law concept. Stu has<br />
authored and published the booklet &#8220;The Serenity Space&#8221; and published<br />
an article in the Hennepin Lawyer &#8220;Collaborative Law&#8211;A Conversation: Why<br />
Aren&#8217;t those Divorce Lawyers Going to Court?&#8221; His new book, co-authored by<br />
Ron Ousky, &#8220;The Collaborative Way to Divorce: The Revolutionary Method<br />
that Results in Less Stress, Lower Costs, and Happier Kids &#8211; Without Going to<br />
Court&#8221; will be provided to all participants.</p>
